A new game is going live!
over 3 years ago – Sat, Sep 12, 2020 at 02:09:01 PM

Hello my dear friends!

After the success of last years campaign, I've been working on some new projects to share with you.

My newest game is live on Kickstarter RIGHT NOW:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/atlascrafts/perthro

Check out the campaign and I hope I can count on you to help support this awesome game as well.

Perthro is a dice game for 2 players that takes about 1 minute to learn and about 5 minutes to play. Players have been lovingly calling it "viking yatzy".

Once again I have dedicated a lot of time to designing and reassuring the quality of the game. If you enjoyed the love of detail in VIAE, you'll surely love PERTHRO as well!

I hope I can count on you again and as always

Update #20 - the Future of VIAE
about 4 years ago – Thu, Feb 20, 2020 at 05:20:32 PM

Thanks to you all, I get to share my favorite game!

At this point, 99% of Backers have received the Game, played it and given me one way or another feedback on the product. I won't say it was smooth sailing, but now that you hold your copy of VIAE - Roads of Rome in your hands, your comments and messages mean the world to me. Please keep your feedback coming!

What's next?

Share it with others!

If you find the time, it would be incredible if you could help me promote the game on Board Game Geek by rating and commenting on your experience playing the game. (For those of you who don't know what that is; Board Game Geek is the largest online Database for board games). Your feedback is crucial to give others an unbiased idea of the game.

Share your game night!

I've received some photos of you playing the game! What a surreal feeling... Merely a year ago, I was just finishing up the designs - and now YOU'RE PLAYING IT! I'm privileged to have such awesome backers! I would like to post some on VIAE's social media page, so if you'd like to share your game night with VIAE, please send them over! (And let me know if you consent to me sharing)

Thanks so much for your time and support.

And as always,

About Time
about 4 years ago – Wed, Feb 05, 2020 at 02:07:10 AM

I'm happy to announce that the games have been shipped out!

My dearest backers! I'm incredibly stoked that all the games (except the ones in Switzerland) have been shipped out from Germany and the US.

If you have received the game, I'd love to hear if you enjoyed the game! Any feedback is greatly appreciated. If you have the time to give your honest opinion about the gameplay, it would be awesome if you could head over to BoardGameGeek and rate it.

I've gotten lovely messages from a few of you with photos of your session, which is a real treat! Keep them coming! I never thought that I'd see people from around the world play a game that I created. I'm absolutely stunned and grateful for your continued support.

For my dear swiss backers: I am sorry that your games haven't arrived yet. Your games had the longest way imaginable. I can confirm, that they are scheduled to ship out no later than next week.

I'm also happy to announce that I'll be releasing a German and Italian Game Manual next week and we are trying to set up a Rules-FAQ page on the website.

As always, don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

Quick Shipping Update!
over 4 years ago – Sat, Jan 11, 2020 at 04:55:55 PM

Games for the EU-region are at HappyShops and are ready to be fulfilled next week!

I'm happy to announce that the Games for EU-region Backers have arrived at the fulfillment center and are being prepared to ship next week! If you're a Backer from this Region, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number from HappyShops as soon as they get shipped out.

What about the US, Canada, Australia, and Thailand?

Quartermaster Logistics (the fulfillment center for the US-region) still hasn't received the games. We are looking into what lead to the delay. We expect that the games will arrive at their warehouse early next week. I'm truly sorry for this, because we expected them by the end of december. I'll keep you updated, but you should receive your games shortly after they get them, since we prepared everything for shipping.

This is all for now. I'll be posting more updates as soon as I get any new information.

If you have any concerns or questions, don't hesitate to message me here or by email at [email protected]

Thank you all and as always,

Holiday / Shipping Update!
over 4 years ago – Tue, Dec 24, 2019 at 06:28:19 AM

Only a matter of time now!

Hey everyone! I hope you're all enjoying your holidays.

First off: I am sincerely and profoundly sorry that VIAE didn't make it to you on time for the holidays. Because of the heightened frequency of deliveries during the holiday season, there's a chance of a delay of 1 to 2 weeks to be expected.

In this update, I will show you exactly where your games are, what notifications from the fulfillment centers you'll get and when you can approximately be expecting the games.

The games are arriving at the fulfillment centers!

After the sea freight took a bit longer than expected, the games are finally arriving at the fulfillment centers.

Below you can find all the information I currently have for your respective regions:

Information for Backers in the EU (east-Atlantic) region:

(These Infos are for Backers from Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and the UK)

The freight has passed port and customs in Hamburg and is scheduled to arrive at HappyShops (the fulfillment center in Germany) on the 27th of December. After they have picked and packed the games and sent them out to you, you'll get an email from HappyShops with your tracking number! When that stage is through, I'll post an update where you can respond in case you haven't gotten your tracking number yet. After that, depending on where you live, it should arrive shortly and I expect no further delay than January. (Again, I won't make any promises because as we all know, sometimes things just don't go as planned.)

Information for Backers in the US (west-Atlantic) region:

(These Infos are for Backers from Australia, Canada, and the United States)

The freight has passed port and customs in New York and is scheduled to arrive at Quartermaster Logistics (the fulfillment center in the US) today or tomorrow. Same as HappyShops, once they sent out your games to you, you'll get an email from Quartermaster with your tracking number! When that stage is through, I'll post an update where you can respond in case you haven't gotten your tracking number yet. After that, depending on where you live, it should arrive shortly and I expect no further delay than January. (Again, I won't make any promises because as we all know, sometimes things just don't go as planned.)

Information for Backers in Switzerland:

The freight for Switzerland was shipped with the games to Germany. They'll arrive at HappyShops (the fulfillment center in Germany) on the 27th of December. They'll either be rerouted to me by truck to Switzerland after they have arrived there and shipped to you from here or HappyShops will fulfill the Swiss pledges themselves. This will be announced in a future update since I am trying to find the fastest and most secure way to get the games to you.

I wish you all happy holidays and an amazing new year!

And what better way to start the year than to finally receive your copy of VIAE! I am really thankful for your understanding and all the nice words you've sent my way. It really means a lot to me that you let me know that I'm probably the one who is broken up the most about the delays.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
